A menu for your make-believe restaurant
Print a one-page pretend-play menu, name your restaurant, and add a dish of your own. Choose US Letter or A4.
Each PDF is one page. Open your chosen PDF to print the menu.
Set the table for pretend play
What is your restaurant called today? Give it a name, pick something from the menu, and take turns being the guest and the cook. There is space to draw a dish of your own, too.
Choose your paper size
Download the PDF that matches your printer: US Letter (8.5 × 11 inches) or A4 (210 × 297 mm). Open the PDF and print one copy at actual size (100%). If the preview cuts off an edge, choose Fit to printable area. The menu works in black and white; color printing is optional.
Make it yours
Write a restaurant name on the line. The menu has pizza, a burger, a taco, a hot dog, and ice cream. Leave the prices blank or make up your own. Want something else? Draw it in the empty space and give it a name.
Take turns
Let the guest choose a dish. The cook can pretend to make it with toy food, paper, or imagination. Then switch roles. This is a pretend-play menu for home, not a recipe or real food order.
Do we need toy food?
No. You can pretend with paper drawings or simply describe what you are making.
Do we need to use prices?
No. You can leave the price spaces empty and order by dish name.
